Took my car in, unable to be driven; broken control arm. mechanics showed me broken parts, explained extent of recommended repair, got it done, all at cost explained at the outset. NO COMPLAINTS! happy with the whole process.

I would HIGHLY recommend First Class to anyone! This was the best experience I have ever had at a service center outside of my family (my brother is a mechanic his shop is too far away now)! They explained everything well, diagnosed problems, and let me know about other things that might need to be done all with no pressure and no feeling of being taken advantage of! Very professional and clean too!

Took our X3 in for diagnostics and repair. It took a few days to test and resolve the problem. This was pointed out up front as a possibility. A second round of teasing pointed to a secondary problem and the team kept working to get to the root of it all. Updates wer provided with regularity, and repairs explained as required or preferred. All runs very well now.
