They present the recommendations along with pricing so you can decide whether to have the work done. They don't try to upsell you on work that doesn't need to be done. Once again, EXCELLENT Job. I brought my 2025 MB GLC300 for Service A. Without fail, they did a fine job and informed me of a leak in the passenger side differential. I took my vehicle to the dealership since it was still under warrantee (only 6500 miles in one year). MB Raleigh confirmed the leak and will repair at no cost to me.
