I brought my BMW X5 to 1st Class Automotive for service and had a great experience from start to finish. They were quick, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. They even set me up with a loaner, which made everything much easier. I didnt buy a car from them, but the service I received was top tier. Ill be coming back for anything my BMW needs.

Initial warm welcome, everyone was very generous. They gave me an honest breakdown of the issue I was having with my vehicle. They did exactly what they said they would do. I went to pick up, satisfied with price, they washed my vehicle and pulled it to the front. Top service for sure and they treat you with respect. That was my first visit and I’ve already set a date to take my other vehicle in for service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had Tire Pressure Monitor Switched (TPMS), tires replaced and wheel alignment. There was an unexpected issue that with new TPMS and it was corrected immediately without hassle. I would rate this automotive service shop as FIRST CLASS!

Shaggy was tasked with working on my sons new 2003 Mercedes C320 Coupe. We knew it would need a great deal of work. Shaggy went over the car bumper to bumper. He recommended necessary work, and we talked about what could wait. My desire was to make the vehicle dependably road-worthy. After all was said and done, First Class delivered.
