We had a great experience at 1st Class Automotive! From start to finish, communication was excellentthey kept us informed every step of the way. The shop itself was clean and welcoming, with a comfortable customer waiting area and complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The team really took the time to listen to the issues we were experiencing. After inspecting the car, they clearly explained what they found and gave recommendations without any pressure. Before returning my vehicle, we appreciated that they hand washed it. We wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend them to others.

Man, these guys are the absolute best. Ive been taking my Honda Civic to them for a few years now and receive world-class service every single time. They really do act according to their motto of straight talk - they have never tried to sell me parts or services I dont actually need and their prices are extremely fair. Even with the complimentary services - like the free car wash and vacuum they give me every time they do a thorough job. Chris is always super helpful, answering all my questions and never making me feel dumb for asking. Highly, highly recommend.
