The A/C was not cooling sufficiently after recently installing a new compressor. They quickly diagnosed it as a parts defect and replaced the compressor on the same day. The really good news - they serviced it under warranty at no change!

My car suffered some damage to the undercarriage and muffler during a recent trip. First Class delivered the car to the muffler shop (they have a trusted/vetted vendor for this, which they don't do in-house) and brought it back the same day because I needed to go back out of town that evening. The undercarriage needed parts, which they ordered and installed -- but instead of taking all day, they got it done in less than two hours. And the final bill at pickup was a shocker: about $4. It turns out they didn't need some of the parts Toyota told them were needed in the initial estimate. Their new service rep Meghan (sp?) was efficient and kept me updated on everything that was happening. I've been going here for 15 years and every time it's consistent first-class service.

I Encountered the most courteous, friendly and knowledgeable people I can ever recall. They took care of both my vehicles; extremely fast service and in the same day. Everything was explained in detail beforehand and all my questions were answered meticulously. Not to mention, I received excellent advise and this is where my future service will be.
