I have found First Class Automotive to be thorough and informative when relaying information about my vehicle service needs. They communicate the service need, what will take place, and the cost involved. They have not ever tried to sell an automotive service that wasn't needed. Their prices are competitive and the service is exemplary.
First Class Automotive has a great staff. Very responsive. Kept me informed all along the way in repairing my car.The car was returned clean inside and out. I feel very confident the car is in good hands and when returned to me, I feel very confident the car is repaired and I'm safe driving the car.

As always, after my service at First Class, I received a clean car that drove like new, even though it is 17 years old. I really appreciate the thoughtful approach to maintaining my car and knowing what I need to do to keep it going many more years.
