With each visit, I feel more and more fortunate to have found First Class Automotive. These folks treat customers as would a great luxury auto dealership. Everyone is on point: they are always courteous, prompt and friendly; they communicate clearly and conveniently; the service department is trustworthy, reliable and provides quick, stellar service. My last visit required a couple of days to complete, so they even lent me a loaner. And...my car was returned - a day earlier than estimated, even - cleaner than when I dropped it off, including tire shine! For total customer satisfaction and peace of mind, I highly recommend this shop.
