Took my 2019 Volvo XC60 in for my CEL coming on at 48k miles. This was an very unusual problem for a car with low mileage. The issue ended up being much more complicated and unique than expected. Nice people, easy to work and communicate with, reasonable prices, great service. I serviced my former car at 1st Class and after I sold it I took my new car to the dealership for work. The dealership is such a pain to work with I decided there is no benefit and switched back to 1st Class. Much, much better service.
