My car suffered some damage to the undercarriage and muffler during a recent trip. First Class delivered the car to the muffler shop (they have a trusted/vetted vendor for this, which they don't do in-house) and brought it back the same day because I needed to go back out of town that evening. The undercarriage needed parts, which they ordered and installed -- but instead of taking all day, they got it done in less than two hours. And the final bill at pickup was a shocker: about $4. It turns out they didn't need some of the parts Toyota told them were needed in the initial estimate. Their new service rep Meghan (sp?) was efficient and kept me updated on everything that was happening. I've been going here for 15 years and every time it's consistent first-class service.
