I got a high quote for a job on my car, so went to First Class for a second opinion. First Class would have done the quoted job for less but thoroughly evaluated my car and said that work wasn't even necessary! Appreciate their honesty, and they've earned my business.

Shortly after First Class completed a repair to my BMW, I reported a problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment to analyze the problem. They then fixed the problem in a timely manner. As always, I was offered the use of a loaner car free of charge while they were fixing my car. This scenario depicts an excellent response to addressing a problem.
