I AM IMPRESSED BY TECH KNOW HOW OF First Automotive. They don't charge the sky high rates of the Mercedes dealer. When my Mercedes was brand new I went back for an ordinary 3 month oil change/check up. The Mercedes dealer charged me $600!!

Always good people to deal with. Love the fact they check the car out. Would always recommend anyone use their Pre-Purchase Inspection Service. I wish I would have used them for my two previous cars. :( Good efficient work and you can't beat having loaner cars on site!

Really professional service

Took my ML 350 in for scheduled Service and was treated like I never left them as a Customer. Hadn't been in over 3 years. Great customer service and do impeccable work on my vehicle.

I was a previous customer and hadn't been to facility in over 3 years. Had my current vehicle ML 350 serviced on a regular service and just as I'd left they perform excellent service. The customer service is outstanding and their prices can't be beat. I'll never leave again. Don't care if I'm riding on a bike I will bring it to them for service. Awesome.

The First Class team has been consistently through inspecting and ensuring that my cars are well maintained and running perfectly. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my wife and daughter are safe whether they're driving the BMW, Mercedes,Toyota or our Ford pickup.
