I was very pleased with the service provided by First Class. Being new to the area I was not familiar with who I could trust to work on my Lexus 430. A personal recommendation led me to First Class automotive. They kept me informed of my options and the related costs throughout the process and it was very apparent they had a lot of experience working on Lexus. I would and will highly recommend First Class to anyone.
I brought my auto in for inspection and an oil change. A couple of items were uncovered during the inspection that needed to be attended. I was called and the needed repairs were very well explained and a correct estimate of the associated cost was provided. I authorized the repairs and the car was ready on time for pick up. The bill was not a surprise; it was just what I had been told over the phone. That's what I like and have come to respect from First Class.
