I really am more blown away each time I go back to First-class. It’s the most engaged I’ve ever felt as a customer when having my vehicles worked on. They are up front about what needs to be done vs what isn’t hurting anything (hello tpms light) and always ensure you have an understanding of of the process. They are both patient and prompt!
Normally I'm one to say something about pricing cause mechanics always overcharge I feel but this time I didn't feel that way! Their customer service was amazing like their professionalism and customer service is almost non-existent! This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced since buying it and I'm pretty sure they have a customer for Life! Kudos to you ladies and gentlemen! Such great spirits they even cleaned my vehicle! NEVER have I ever encountered people who I feel truly appreciate the customer and love their Job!
