I fully trust First Class Automotive. They give me the heads-up on items that will need attention down the road so I can plan ahead and budget for more expensive items. They explain what needs to occur and get the customer's approval before progressing with the work. First Class Automotive is fair and honest. They provide excellent customer service. I was able to use a loaner car this time which helped immensely. It means the world to me that my car is serviced by a company that won't rip me off and suggest unnecessary repairs. First Class Automotive also stands behind their work. I have had tires put on by them several times and they have fixed a tire for me that took a nail, free of charge. My husband and I have been using this company for well over 30 years. Thank you.
