Great group of guys, do a great job on aligning our cars

My third visit to First Class was as good as my first. I always get straightforward information, recommendations, and repairs. One of my leading indicators of a solid repair shop is the presence of female customers, either in the waiting area or dropping off. There were 3 during my 60-minute appointment. Is there a stronger endorsement than that?

Definitely the best auto service I have received in Raleigh, and some of the best I've had in general. I went in specifically to have new tires put on as well as an alignment, but I knew there were a couple of other things going on as well - as it turns out, they found an oil leak I wouldn't have caught otherwise. I definitely felt like I received honest service and never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't ask for. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail as well as their courtesy and professionalism, and will definitely be returning.
