Raleigh AUTO REPAIR

I started taking my BMW to First Class after meeting Jed several years ago, and I have taken my BMW to them for service and repair work ever since (which has been a lot as I have a 2002 BMW!). They are courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, very competent, and honest. This is the kind of place where you try to walk the line between telling everyone about them, and keeping word more closely held to your best friends only, like one of those restaurant "finds" that you want to always stay in business, but never get so busy that it changes anything. You know, the kind of place where you say to friends, "you should have taken your car to my guys and they would have done a better job!" That said, I highly recommend them anyway, because they have earned my kudos for consistently providing excellent service, and they deserve your business. Oh, and they have free sodas in the waiting room. How can you say no to that! :-)

I appreciate the team's quick response to my concern. I was referred to 1st Class by another former BMW owner who said "they will take good care of you." And he was right. They diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on, allowed me to look at where the problem was, and take pictures. The repairs were done within a day and I'm on the road again! Special thanks to Jedd, Chris, and Mike who were really patient with me in explaining the repairs needed and why. I would definitely refer 1st Class Automotive to others.
