Service engine light came on. Took the car in expecting a major repair only to be pleasantly surprised that the fault was due to a component that had been replaced almost a year ago was still under warranty, and that the diagnosis and the part were a no cost replacement. They could have attributed the failure to something else, but it sure is nice to know that they are so honest and stand behind their.

they took on the challenge of an 1995 Jaguar XJS that needed some TLC. everything was exactly as they said from the bill to the work done. they even went above and beyond with their service.

Ist Class Auto has done a number of different repairs on my 05 Acura TL. Each time, the work was excellent and the service even better. They went out of their way to make sure I was paying as little as possible to get the jobs done well, even to the point of checking if the dealer could do the work instead under warranty! Very refreshing to not have to worry about being gouged.
