This place offers loaner cars if your vehicle is there over night. Something I think every repair shop should have available or do. Also, the repair bays are huge like flagship dealership's bays. Not the small dimly lit ones.

First Class has worked on all three of my vehicles and I have yet to be unsatisfied. One of my cars had a severe electrical problem and the guys at First Class took the time to make sure it was fixed completely; even staying extremely patient when dealing with my many questions. These guys are great!
