I was pleased to have my car serviced at 1st Class recently for two reasons: In addition to the basic service I requested, (1) their review of my vehicle revealed a problem that was promptly addressed with my consent, and (2) I was provided with a loaner vehicle which enabled me to meet my work commitments without missing a step.

As always, completely satified. Question: Why doesn't the rating allow for 5 stars? I have tried several times and it always indicates 4.5, although the 5th star is filled in completely

Even when things go wrong, and they do, these guys are on top of it. I had to return my vehicle with an oil leak, turns out my previous repair was the problem, but they fixed it, no questions. Finding a company with integrity - priceless.The best guys around for fixing my BMW. Thank you.

My first visit was a great experience. The manager and staff were very friendy and courteous. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I was also impressed with the clean and well organized shop area. The price I paid for my service was the same price I was quoted. I highly recommend First Class Automotive; they truly live up to their name. Thank you.

Service was good, car was ready when they said, was advised of needed inspections. Overall experience was great, a little pricy but quality service. I'm a repeat customer.
