Normally I hate taking my cars in for service, but I was pleasantly surprised with First Class Automotive. They got my car right in, and it was done before the promised time. There was no pressure to spend extra money, nice and comfortable waiting room, and the staff was incredibly frienly. They even offered a complimentary car wash. I highly recommend them!

My numerous service items recently took more than one day to complete, but I was not impacted since First Class provided a nice loaner vehicle. The staff kept me apprised of the work item status each day so that I could arrange my schedule and pick-up accordingly.

Sunday I found that coolant was leaking in my car. I called First Class on Monday and was able to get my car in the same day with a provided loaner vehicle. Service was prompt and completed in 24 hours, making this an easy experience.
