The only reason I didn't give them a five is because I really didn't have any major work done but I have 2006 750 BMW and the work I had done was much less than what Leith BMW would have charged me. Many years back I had a Mercedes and First Class serviced that vehicle and I can say the pricing was fair and they are honest. My husband works out of town so I have to take the car in for maintenance at times being a female you hate to bring your vehicle in to a car shop because many times they get over on women. I felt that I was treated with honesty and the staff is very friendly. keep up the good work. Word of mouth is always your best or worst promotional link. Happy customers will promote your business well.

I used the night drop. I like that I can print out the service form and fill it out at home and just drop in in the box. All work was done satisfactorily and the car was ready when I came to pick it up.

First Class Automotive did a spectacular job. They quickly diagnosed two problems in the cooling system and had it fixed the next day, along with performing an oil change, brake fluid flush and battery replacement. Fast, quality and professional service.
