Raleigh AUTO REPAIR

After 14 years in the area and going to several auto shops, I have finally found a shop where the repair/maintenance work AND the customer service is top shelf. You may be able to find cheaper, but if premium, quality workmanship and being treated fairly, honestly, and with respect as a customer are important to you, look no further. These guys clearly love what they do (care, repair/maintenance of cars), and providing full service to the client in every sense, and it shows. The name of the shop says it all.

The guys at First Class are great at diagnosis of problems, with no hidden fees and no pressure that it all has to be done now. I love that they give you what they find, and make suggestgions on what is imperative and what repairs can wait. I never leave there feeling like I have been taken advantage of. They make sure I understand any issues the technician finds so I can make an informed decision on proceeding.

With the first phone call Tom explained exactly how the repair would work and what the initial cost would be. After drop off, Tom explained what needed to be done and at what cost. I am a 30 + year BMW owner.The car was ready at exactly the cost outlined and the car runs very well. I will be back. Many thanks !!!

They did a major service,, inspection, and some other work while I waited. Good coffee too! They warned me of a potential oil leak that could affect the timing belt, with advice on what to watch for.

My recent visit at 1st Class Automotive was a professional experience. The staff is always courteous. Thank you for delivering technical services of the highest quality coupled with excellent customer service. I've never had the opportunity to interact with those who wash my car, but did so just briefly on this last visit.
