Finding quality/honest car service is one of the things in life that can be challenging, but when you do find it, it's as if you hit gold. First Class Automotive was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From the minute I walked in their shop, I knew my best interest was a priority. They were not only thorough, but took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and the options for repair. They weren't looking to repair things that didn't need repair or to do the least amount of work they could get away with as so many places do. The customer service was suburb. The I would refer them to anyone. I will continue to use them for all my car repair needs!

Very professional and thorough, answered all of my questions. Very clean/comfortable waiting area, as well as clean shop. One employee saw me looking for the car I brought for the inspection and took me back to look at it, introducing me to the person inspecting the car. The person inspecting the car then explained to me what he was doing/had done and how the car was looking so far. Would highly recommend this shop for pre-purchase inspections as well as any other work assuming they do half as good of a job as they did with the inspection. Very satisfied.

I have had great service at 1st Class Auto. I do have two suggestions though. I had my car there for a couple days and a few days later I got pulled and received a ticket for an expired tag. I know I should have been aware of this, but never received a reminder and had no clue it had expired. If possible, when working on someone's car, could you remind them if the tag is expired? Also, it is so nice to have the front car mats vacuumed. Would it be too much trouble to vacuum out the back seat mats as well? That is just such a nice treat, and very much appreciated. No complaints, just ideas to improve on your already wonderful car care. Thanks!

DON'T LET JEB GO TO THE FRONT COUNTER AS HE HATES MOST CUSTOMERS AND IS NOT GOOD PR FOR 1ST CLASS.
