I am confident that all of the mechanics, technicians and salespeople are knowledgeable and trained in working with automobiles, especially high-end imports. I was especially comforted because it did not receive a tome of "suggested" or "recommended" repairs that needed to made on my car, despite its 300,000K odometer reading. Thanks! Well done!!
