My daughter is a college student near Raleigh. She had a problem with the 1995 Audi A4 she drives. Being almost 4 hours away... I had to deal with this problem by phone. I found 1st Class Automotive online and called them. Everyone I sopke with on the phone was very helpful and understanding. Long story short... They received the car on a Wednesday afternoon, and It was repaired and ready for my daughter to pick up and drive home the next day.Thanks Guys!A Relieved Dad...

I have been taking my Lexus and BMW to 1st Class for about 5 years. I have always been treated friendly and fairly. My car is always done on time and clean when I pick it up. It's less expensive than the dealer and their work is great. I will not take my cars anywhere else.
