Except for one miscommunication the service was excellent. Do wish that parts were more quickly accessable to the shop.

The service was done in a timely manner, including a few extras that were determined that needed to be done. Waiting room is comfortable - but a soda machine would have been nice for us non-coffee drinkers!

1st Class is not the least expensive place that can repair my car, but they have kept my 1994 BMW 740 in top condition for 252,000 miles. I am not tempted to buy a new car when my old one drives so well. In the long run, the 252,000 miles run, that has saved me money.

Because the problem was difficult to diagnose, it took two trips to their shop, but they found the real problem and repaired it in good time.
