I've taken my 1994 BMW 740 to 1st Class since I got it in 1997. It now has 255,000 miles and still drives better than most new cars. 1st Class has been the reason I have no squeaks or inoperable features. They are not the least expensive shop but they have saved me money by keeping my car driving so well that I did not need to sell it.

It's always refreshing to know that whatever needs to be done with my car will be explained well, with options presented if more than one course of action is possible. Loaners are available and clean! Scheduling service via reminder emails is a breeze. Definitely a case of service with a smile.

I always know that my car is in good hands. Lobby could use updating for people with upscale cars. Maybe a flat screen, croissants to go with the coffee, HA. HA
