I was so impressed today. I was able to get in the same day, the service was fast and they went above and beyond. Because I’m a healthcare worker they gave me a discount which I truly appreciated, but they didn’t stop there. They checked my tires and filled to appropriate levels, gave the car a once over and checked a couple of dashboard alerts that needed to be reset. On top of all this they vacuumed, wiped down the interior and washed the outside, all of which was just so thoughtful. I want to sing their names from the balcony, I will definitely recommend to everyone I know here in Raleigh and have never been so impressed with service. Thank you, you made my day!

Stellar service, as always! They were able to take my car immediately after I called for an appointment and even had a loaner car available for me. Everyone at 1st Class is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never feel like I'm being overcharged for work or misled about what needs to be done. The staff explain every aspect of the repair process in detail. They really seem to treat my car with the same level of care and attention that they treat their own. I usually have lots of questions, and they always provide acceptable, rational answers to all of them.
