I had them do an pre purchase inspection of a used car with a salvage title. Excellent detective work finding hidden shoddy repair work done by the the previous owner. The owner, the front desk staff, and the mechanic were superb. They went above and beyond trying to provide information that benefitted my decision of the purchase of the vehicle. Great folks that got us in promptly and provided thorough assessment. The communication during the process was exemplary.
During this crazy time 1st class made it easy to have my car serviced. Outside drop off, over phone payment and lock box pick-up. They cleaned and sanitized my car, covered seats and steering wheel and left my receipt in the car. Thx for the great service

Wonderful service as always. My car runs beautifully. Extra precautions were taken to prevent the spread of germs: plastic completely covering the seat and the steering wheel and dash wiped down with disinfectant before handing it over to me. And as usual my car washed and vacuumed!!!!
