The entire 1st Class Automotive team has been amazing from top to bottom. I brought my CPO BMW to them after having a bad experience with the nearby dealership service department and could not be happier with my decision. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results, including more than one follow up visit to educate me on basic car features that the dealer had failed to properly explain. The customer service experience at 1st Class Automotive has truly been 1st class, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car serviced.

I did a google search to find 1st Class Automotive and they are definitely 1st class. From the time I spoke to them to set up the appointment, updates on what needed to be fixed and picking up the vehicle there customer service was 1st class and reasonably priced. I have found my maintenance and repair shop for sure.
