I called 1st class automotive on the Wednesday before Thanskgiving to let them know that my car would not start and I was going to have my vehicle towed to them that night and the guy I spoke with told me that was absolutely fine and they will get to it first thing Monday morning after they returned from the holiday. That Monday around 12:30pm Chris called me and told me that at that time he did not have the vehicle in the shop to see what was wrong with it but he expected to get to it by 2pm and If he found out what the problem was he would call me back by the end of the day or first thing Tuesday morning. 3:30pm came and Chris called me back stating that my car needed a starter and he told me the price. He also told me that since that was the first time my vehicle had ever been to 1st Class they have to do an all around check and he found a couple of other issues as well. Chris and I spoke about those issues and I told him I would give him a call back. Since my car was still under warranty I contacted the company I had the warranty with and they told me that the automotive shop had to call in and finish the paperwork on the claim. I called Chris right back and told him about the warranty and he said He would be more than happy to contact them and he would call me back if he got an answer that day. Within 15 minutes Chris called me back and we discussed business I told him to proceed fixing my vehicle and he said ok. Tuesday evening I received a phone call around 4:30pm from Chris and he told me my vehicle was all ready to go and he was going to clean it up a little and I could pick it up by 5pm.I told Chris that was great but I didn't get off work until 5:30pm he said no problem I will keep the vehicle inside the garage tonight and I'll see you tomorrow. Wednesday morning my husband and I went to pick my vehicle up. We walked in and seen two mechanic upfront...one came over to us and introduced himself to us and he was Chris. Chris talked with us about the vehicle and then he went to close out the sale. It was a smooth transition and Chris was very helpful and he did an excellent job communicating with me about my vehicle. I will definitely use 1st class automotive again and I will also tell my friends and family about them. Thanks Chris for an excellent job.
