The service and professionalism is off the charts at first class automotive considering it was my very first visit. I’m glad I have finally found a place to confidently take my BMW to!

I have been going to 1st Class Auto for a long time because they are real pros who know what they are doing. I get honest answers and always great service with a reasonable price. They are thorough with inspections and really do care about serving their customers right. On my last visit they caught a damaged tire that required careful inspection to catch. Many other shops I have been to in the past would not likely have found it. My wife drives this car. If left unattended this could have resulted in a blown tire while she was driving. They help keep my family safe. Keep up the great work 1st Class! See you for the next service.

My third visit to First Class was as good as my first. I always get straightforward information, recommendations, and repairs. One of my leading indicators of a solid repair shop is the presence of female customers, either in the waiting area or dropping off. There were 3 during my 60-minute appointment. Is there a stronger endorsement than that?
