I brought my auto in for inspection and an oil change. A couple of items were uncovered during the inspection that needed to be attended. I was called and the needed repairs were very well explained and a correct estimate of the associated cost was provided. I authorized the repairs and the car was ready on time for pick up. The bill was not a surprise; it was just what I had been told over the phone. That's what I like and have come to respect from First Class.
Our family has been taking our cars to First Class for years, and we love the service we get there. Would definitely recommend to anybody who's looking for an honest auto repair shop.
