The quality of service is good, but the cost just to get a diagnosis and quote is outrageous. I know this is increasingly more common in the auto industry, but I find this practice offensive. Most businesses can't charge their customers to evaluate the customers' needs and provide a quote. If this were changed, I think I would be much more satisfied with your company and service.

it almost always ouches a bit to settle up the bill, but i ALWAYS get into my repairedvehicle with a sense that "hey, i'll keep this car for another 50,000 miles!". you get what you pay for!

I had an unplanned service problem but was able to stop in for service after calling. My issue was promptly handled with accurate diagnosis and resolution. And the staff was so friendly!

I tried !st Class for the first time with trepidation but was very pleased with the people, the service, and the price. I felt it was fair. Will be using them again.

I have been customer of 1st Class for almost 6 years now. It is so hard to find good auto care nowadays. We think 1st class is fair, great customer service and strange forward with answer to our questions regarding to our vehicles. I have even purchased a vehicle from them. Don't forget they sell great cars too! No pressure or sales pitch like a dealership would have. Check them out and give yourself a chance to write a great review, too!
