My mechanic sent me to First Class. I am very happy with their work. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Very professional to work with. I trust them and know what they are suggesting is in the best interest of my car and not my wallet.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and informative on all the issues I had about my car. One tech even informed me my inspection registration was about to end and car was inspected and passed for next month.

As always I think you all do a great job. The only reason I did not rate a five is because I was charged and extra fee to diagnose a problem that was discovered during a non related maintenance. As always when I bring my car in there are other issues that I am told need to be addressed. I do try to address these issues but as we all knw the maintenance on a BMW is very costly. I have used A1 to service my current car and my previous Mercedes. The short of it is that. I asked if the $53 diagnostic test could be waived as a courteously and was told they couldn't. I feel that you all should value long term customers enough to waive a minimal charge. Especially when thousands of dollars have been spent in maintenance. Nonetheless I still would recommend you to my friends.

Their service was prompt and professional, something that is hard to find these days. I will definitely return for any automotive needs in the future.
