The technicians at First Class Automotive diagnosed a failure of a windshield wiper motor. They obtained a replacement motor and installed it as scheduled and at the quoted price.

The service received was very good and thorough. I have been coming to First Class for years and will continue to seek their service.

Always top notch customer service. I don't choose First Class because they are the cheapest - but because there is value in the extras they provide. Like washing my car while they have it in for service.That said, my car was washed, but not dried. The water droplets on the surface will likely spot - not a huge problem, just makes my next car wash necessary a few days sooner.

This was our second experience with First Class Automotive and the service was excellent, from setting up the diagnostic appointment to picking up our vehicle. The car is running great(and freshly washed), and we will absolutely use them again.
