I brought the guys an ancient MB E-class with a very oddball problem. We decided, collectively, to not chase it endlessly. The 1st Class guys' thoroughness, thoughtfulness, honesty, and communication were beyond reproach. When the work went past schedule, I was even provided with a loaner car.They also did some nice little extras that I wasn't expecting. For instance, there is insulation under the hood that had come unglued. They fixed that. What a nice surprise.I'd definitely come back. I'm someone who does a lot of DIY stuff, but for when I'm in over my head, these guys are a great place to take a Mercedes to. They have a lot of integrity.

Called Friday morning because my "Check Engine" light was on. They were able to see me at 10 am for the diagnostic test. Said it would be an hour, but the test was done in only a 1/2 hr and the problem fixed in another 1/2 hr. Thankful that the work could be done so efficiently!
