ALL the guys are professional, direct, and succinct. If you need something, be it repairs or service, they give it too you straight and with choices AND in the end with their recommendations. I've found their judgement and guidance to be valuable. My dad was a career mechanic so I know when I'm getting good advice. Unlike the dealerships that keep knowledgeable customers insulated from the real mechanics (with young LESS knowledgable "customer associates") , I can have a detailed & interactive/interrogative discussion (underneath the car if necessary) so I understand the "whys & whats ". I walk away informed, educated & satisfied. Their fees are a great value and still beat the dealerships. My dad would love these guys.
