Raleigh AUTO REPAIR

First Class has done quality work on our very old Volvo for years now. This trip we had a MAJOR repair/replace of the evaporator for the A/C on our 1995 Volvo. It was a competitive price and they did neat, quality work and the A/C now runs like the car is brand new. They allowed me to use a loaner car for free and that was a huge plus since the work took about 4 days to complete. What we like about First Class is that they are "can do" people. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. They don't give you the "uh oh" look when you go in there with a problem. They work with you to solve the problem with confidence and excellence. They just do a great job.

The name of this group says it all -- First Class in everything from the bathrooms to the car services to the customer interaction.

I picked up my car and noticed when I got to the end of Oak Forest that my windshield was cracked on the passenger side. I immediately called and spoke to Chris. He checked with the tech and he said that he did not notice the crack. I had new windshield wipers installed it would be hard to miss the crack. Cracked windshields tear up new windshield wipers so it was surprising that they would be put on in that situation. I am unsure if the crack occurred on the tow truck or in the shop. Either way, the crack would be hard to miss while installing the new wiper blades. I have been bringing my cars for several years with great satisfaction. I think that is an oversight.

I've been very happy and impressed with the service and attention at First Class. You'll find better prices that at the dealer without having to sacrifice quality service and expertise.

I will always rate First Class Automotive, number 1 in the automotive field in Raleigh. First Class will call and go over with you all problems they find on your car and allow you choose which ones to do first. First Class Automotive will give you a driver to bring you to your office if the repairs will take a longer time.First Class Automotive workers are very courteous and polite and their charges are very moderate compared to dealerships and other mechanics that I have used in the past.I rate First Class Automotive excellent because my experience with them. My wife keeps asking me what took you so long in recognizing First Class Automotive honesty and I have myself to blame.
