This was a 120K checkup/maintenance on my 2008 Prius. When I got it back it drove almost as well (and was almost as clean) as the loaner they let me borrow for the day. Seriously, though...these folks run an excellent shop -- not just their technical expertise, but the courtesy, friendliness, and all the "intangibles" make it the best. (Even though my sole complaint is that they're not closer to where I live, I'll continue to drive across town in heavy traffic to take my car there for large and small needs.)
